The balanced scorecard, one of the most popular and effective strategic planning and management systems that are used widely in business and industry, government and non-government organization worldwide has emerged as an effective tool to align business activities to the vision and strategy of the organization. It helps to improve internal and external communications, and monitor organization performance against strategic goals This two-day workshop will provide participants with a good understanding of the Balanced Scorecard, its application and its design. At the end of the workshop, participants will be ready to develop and implement an effective Balanced Scorecard within the organization.
